Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Jim Casella is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Asset International, having joined the company as part of Austin Ventures' acquisition in January 2009. Jim has been a partner with Austin Ventures the past several years, serving as CEO-in-Residence for their Growth/Private Equity practice and focusing on business-to-business media opportunities.
He retired as Vice Chairman of Reed Business (Reed Elsevier's B2B division) in January of 2007. During his tenure as Vice Chairman Jim established joint ventures in China and India. In China the joint venture was established with International Data Group and several government agencies. The Indian joint venture was established with Infomedia India LTD.
Jim joined Reed Business Information in January 2002 as CEO of its U.S. operation and led the company through a difficult national
economy while keeping a clear focus on long-term growth. "Our commitment has to be on the delivery of 'must-have' products and
services essential to the growth of our customers," Jim said in min magazine, where he was featured as one of the 21 Most Intriguing
People in Publishing in 2003. RBI's traditional portfolio of products -- more than 100 publications and 75 websites -- also received
substantial attention. Under Jim's leadership, the company completed several large-scale redesigns, including Weekly Variety,
Broadcasting & Cable, Interior Design, Professional Remodeler, Video Business, Design News, Purchasing, Furniture/Today, Industrial
Product Bulletin and Electronic Business. In addition, Reed Construction Data's Connect 3.0 lead generation platform was released in
January '04. Connect's website revenue increased dramatically over the past several years.

Charlie Ruffel is the director and founder of Asset International, the parent company of PLANSPONSOR Magazine, PLANSPONSOR.com, the PLANSPONSOR Institute and Global Custodian Magazine. Charlie is an authority on global pension issues. He previously held posts at Institutional Investor and McCann-Erickson. He holds Masters degrees from Cambridge University and Columbia University.

Stephen Moylan
Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Stephen Moylan joined Asset International in March 2009 as Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Stephen has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the B2B publishing and online media industries. For over 8 years he held senior management positions at International Data Group/InfoWorld, where he first worked with Jim Casella. The two later reunited at Reed Business Information (RBI), where Stephen held the positions of Division President and EVP of Global Sales and Marketing for more than 4 years. During his tenure at RBI, Stephen led the global expansion of print, online and conference products in the UK, Europe, Asia, China and Japan. Prior to joining Asset International, he was owner and President of Local Leaders, LLC, focused on helping companies better utilize the power of technology and search engine marketing to manage and grow their business. Stephen graduated Cum Laude from Boston University in 1984 and holds an MBA in International Business with honors from the University of San Francisco.

Nevin Adams
Editor-in-Chief, PLANSPONSOR and Dean, PLANSPONSOR Institute
Nevin is Editor-in-Chief of PLANSPONSOR magazine, its Web counterpart, PLANSPONSOR.com, the nation's leading authority on pension and retirement issues, as well as PLANADVISER magazine, launched in the fall of 2006. He is also the creator, writer and publisher of PLANSPONSOR.com's NewsDash, the industry's leading daily source for information focused on the critical issues impacting benefits industry professionals - currently read each business day by more than 51,000 readers worldwide.
He began working with retirement plans as a college intern in 1977, and went on to spend the next nine years at Northern Trust in Chicago, Illinois in a variety of management roles, culminating in the development of a proprietary recordkeeping platform. In 1986 he joined Wachovia Bank to lead their defined contribution/recordkeeping businesses. During his tenure there, he was responsible for implementing the firm's first voice response system and daily valuation capabilities, as well as their participant education curriculum. He also led key initiatives in product development, trust accounting, and recordkeeping and trust system conversions. He joined PLANSPONSOR in 1999 as Executive Editor, and was promoted to his current position the next year.
A frequent and popular speaker at industry and trade conferences, he graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. In 1988 he received his JD, also from DePaul University.
He has twice been awarded (2002 and 2004) NAGDCA's (National Association of Government Defined Contribution Administrators) Media Recognition Award for outstanding coverage of pension and retirement issues, and has been named one of the 401(k) Industry's 50 Most Influential by readers of the 401(k) Wire for three years in a row.

Foster Wright is Publisher of PLANADVISER magazine and manages the company's conference and training franchises. Foster was previously Publisher of FinanceAsia. He holds a BA from Colgate University.

Robert Jones
Publisher, PLANSPONSOR
Robert Jones is Publisher of PLANSPONSOR magazine and is responsible for overseeing the continued quality and expansion of the industry-leading publication and associated products. Robert joined Asset International in 2004 and previously held executive positions with MIT Technology Review, Forbes Magazine and The Industry Standard, an International Data Group publication. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University.

William P. Jennings, Jr.
Vice President, Finance
Bill Jennings is Vice President, Finance of Asset International and is responsible for the financial reporting and oversight of the business. Bill's focus also includes the review and successful integration of acquisitions into the company and draws on years of finance experience with both private and publicly traded corporations.
Before joining Asset International, Bill served as VP, Controller at Orthovita, Inc., a publicly traded medical device manufacturer. He has also held a variety of executive and finance positions at Accume Partners, a provider of internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and risk management services; PDI, Inc., a publicly traded biopharmaceutical commercialization partner, and; Chilton, a Capital Cities/ABC company.
Bill holds an MBA in Finance and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Quinn Keeler
Senior Vice President, Research
Quinn Keeler is Senior Vice President, Research and manages the company's research, survey and audience development efforts. Quinn has 15 years of experience managing databases, market surveys and subscriptions. Previously she worked at Thomson and Forbes. She holds a BA from Colgate.

SooJin Buzelli
Senior Vice President, Design & Production
SooJin Buzelli is Senior Vice President, Design & Production. SooJin been art directing and designing magazines for more than 12 years. She implemented a new vision for the design of PLANSPONSOR magazine, and translated that success into the art direction of many Asset International's products, including PLANADVISER and Global Custodian magazines and the newest Asset International brand, ai5000™.
SooJin's art-directed pieces have been recognized by the Society of Publication Designs, Art Directors Club, Communication Arts, Print, 3x3, Society of Illustrators, LA Society of Illustrators, AI and AltPick. SooJin holds an Illustration BFA from Rhode Island School of Design. She has judged many illustration competitions, including American Illustration and Society of Illustrators. SooJin also teaches a senior course at School of Visual Arts in New York City.

Jane Aboyoun
Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer
Jane Aboyoun is Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and is responsible for developing, creating and utilizing technology innovation effectively in support of Asset International's business operations. Aboyoun has more than 20 years of successful management experience as global CIO in support of industry-leading media and online brands with organizations such as Bertelsmann Media, Reed Elsevier PLC, and Monster.com. Jane is a graduate of the Syracuse University School of Engineering and holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut. She also completed the Harvard Business School Executive Education course in 2005.
